Company Adoc Talent Management is looking for a Senior High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer (M/F), for a leading global ICT company specializing in Cloud and AI, telecommunications, consumer, and mobile businesses, to to support the development of next generation Highspeed system. The company is a wellknown multinational corporation, and its research center in Grenoble is expanding its team focused on highspeed technology research. Missions As a Senior High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer, you will work for the HighSpeed HighFrequency team from Board Engineering department in the Grenoble Research CenterYour main responsibilities will include providing technical solutions for the highspeed (112Gbps+) interconnection (passive link) of ICT products. High speed PCB design (and off the board : cable…), simulation, signal integrity analysis and lab verification;Codevelopment with team in China : technical review, regular reporting, project charteringTechnology roadmap and projects planning for Highspeed interconnection, technical insights into highspeed systems. You have an excellent overall understanding of the subject with mastery of architecture definitions, etc. You have proven experience with generations of technologies such as 28, 56, 112, 224 Gbps. You are focused on R&D and have a solid understanding of strict manufacturing constraints and industrial operations, enabling you to effectively design solutions You will initiate projects with external partners and/or contribute to conferences, etc. The position offers a wide range of tasks and promising career prospects for candidates with a strong network in the field and specialized technical expertise. It is available immediately as a permanent position (CDI) in Grenoble. Profile You have Master's degree or above, PhD preferred. Majored in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, Electromagnetic Science, etc. You have experience with the industrial ecosystem and have accumulated 8 years of experience in a similar position. In other words, you meet the following criteria: Indeep knowledge and Extensive experience in system Hardware architecture design of telecom/communication products; Extensive experience of 56Gbps and beyond Highspeed product/prototype development; Successful experience in 56Gbps+ product deliveryDesign in high frequency design rules: impedance control, crosstalkSystem level simulation: simulation of analog signals at PCB, connector, and cable levelsPCB / HDI Stack up design and related fabrication limitations, costsGood knowledge of in highspeed SerDes architecture Rx/Tx SerDes PHY, Tx/Rx equalization techniques, CDR, and corresponding challenges at DSP levelBe Familiar with key Highspeed serial hardware: such as SerDes, Highspeed ASIC, Package, DSP, PCB and ConnectorGood skill in highspeed serial links lab experiments / prototyping (Real time oscilloscope, VNA…) and correlation with simulation resultsKnowledge of industry standards IEEE 802.3/OIFCEI standards Common Electrical I/O (CEI)224G or InfiniBand Job Tools / Technical work: High Speed / High Frequency design and simulation: 2D and 3D simulation tools (ADS, CST, ANSYS HFSS, Sigrity)Highspeed SerDes Modelling and simulation: Experience in Python (preferred) / Matlab/VerilogA/ADS You are a technology enthusiast with curiosity, ability, and motivation to make significant contributions in your field of expertise.
