MAIN REPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Sr. Analyst Retail to assess
the performance of Retail Stores through critical performance review of Sales,
Margin and Operating expenses.Support the Sr. Analyst Wholesale to provide business insights and
analysis for decision-making to partner the Wholesale Sales team in delivering
commercial targets.Produce Daily/weekly/ADHOC Sales and Margin reporting across the
Wholesale & Retail channels.Month-end closing activities; preparation of
the P&L, and submission of the Monthly Flash report and Country reporting
books.Support the production of annual budgets,
quarterly forecasts and mid-term plan to provide strategic direction.Preparation of the Capital Authorisation
Request (CAR) for proposed new stores and refits for internal review prior to
submission to the Investment Committee for approval.Calculate and analyze Bonus targets for the
Wholesale team.Co-ordinate with Head of Retail to set the
monthly sales commission target for the Retail stores.Develop and maintain the requisite templates
for all reporting and planning activity.
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrable experience in business control and financial rolesExperience of reporting systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft ExcelHave a solid understanding of accountingWholesale and/or Retail experience preferable
Desirable Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related fieldQualified/Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Experience in HFM, SAPFluent in French
